My son, James, was home “sick” earlier this month. While I was working in my home office, he called to me to come see the surprise he had made (which always makes me a little nervous). I had to close my eyes as he led me to the bathroom. Upon the grand reveal, I saw a box of Apple Jacks that had been dumped on the floor, and then meticulously formed into a love note for me. He was so proud.
We took this picture to document his hard work and sentiments, and then quickly called in the dog to clean up the mess. She obliged.
