Congratulations to Jessie and Jason, who dodged Hurricane Sandy and were able to have their fall, Halloween-themed wedding outdoors in a beautiful grove of pecan trees at Magnolia Manor Plantation in Warrenton, NC. With orange flowers, black bridesmaids’ dresses, and a jack-o-lantern ring bearer pillow, guests enjoyed the spirit of Halloween. The candy table was a favorite for the children. I loved the decorated Mason jars for guests to fill with their candy treats.
Magnolia Manor Plantation was a beautiful farm backdrop for the colorful fall leaves, and the elegantly decorated historic house made a unique vintage setting for the bride’s “getting ready” images.
Children played on a rope swing as the wedding party and family danced to the DJ skills of Alan Norwood (one of my favorite DJ’s in the triangle area). The plantation staff even set up a bonfire complete with a s’more table.
Please enjoy this slide show I created of some of my favorite images.
Thank you to my friend, Leslie Ann Mills, who helped me photograph this wedding. Leslie owns a photography business in nearby Henderson, NC.
