It’s amazing what resources are out on the internet for free. I just recently discovered the power of Google Documents and have been using it to host documents and spread sheets that I send people a lot. Then, instead of attaching the document to an email, I can just include a link to it.
I just found this great video showing couples how to use Google Documents to make wedding planning a little easier. You can make an easy-to-fill-out form to email to your guests to collect their addresses for when you send out invitations and more. Check it out.
